Collective Worship

"Our values determine the sort of person we are"
Mother Teresa

Collective worship is held each day except for Thursdays when there is a celebration of the Eucharist. Commmunion is led by Father Gerald Beauchamp of the Church of the Annunciation, Marble Arch, who takes Mass with the support of a number of Year 6 pupils who act as servers. Pupils from Y2 - Y6 are encourage to offer a reading from the bible and offer prayers during the service.

Collective Worship is based upon the teachings of the Christian church but is inclusive, allowing space for all children to respond and reflect in their own way. Such occasions also allow us as a school community the opportunity to celebrate children’s achievements and learning.

At the heart of collective worship are the school collective worship values: Compassion, Creation, Endurance, Forgiveness, Friendship, Generosity, Hope, Humility, Justice, Peace, Reverence, Service, Thankfulness, Trust, Wisdom.
