Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They are the government organisation tasked with inspecting and regulating care for children and young people, and inspect education and training facilities for learners of all ages.
Hampden Gurney’s most recent Ofsted inspection was conducted in May 2009. The full report is available on the Ofsted website, and relevant information from the Department for Education Performance Tables.
On October 17th 2014 a Section 48 SIAMS inspection (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) was conducted of the school looking at the Religious Education and Collective Worship provision within the school.
The report was awarded Outstanding overall.
