Secondary School Transfer

Pupils from Hampden Gurney have applied for an increasingly wide number of schools, both from within the borough of Westminster and slightly further afield. Parents and pupils generally start looking at prospective secondary schools in the autumn term of Year 6 when many local schools have Open Days, but it is good to have an idea of the sort of school that you would like your child to attend before this.

Details on the secondary schools in Westminster, and how to apply are contained in the Westminster Secondary School admissions brochure, Westminster - your choice for secondary education. Further information about applying for Westminster schools can be found on the 'Transferring to Secondary Schools' page on the Westminster council's website.
